Was absolutely delicious my kids also enjoyed every bite. Had to try the empanadas tacos to see what the hype was and now I see why and glad I did come. I spent about $39 for 4 empanadas tacos and 2 fresh juices which where vary refreshing and delicious. I will be returning again to try more items from the menu.

This was my 2nd time here for lunch, only being about 10-12min away from my office makes it real convenient when I'm craving some legit authentic street tacos. This time I tried the Lengua Taco (cow tongue) on the right, Chorizo Taco in the middle and Carnitas Taco on the left, all complimented with onion, cilantro and lime wedges. Make sure to ask for their home made red/green sauce to top your tacos off with. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu.

Hands down one of the best birria tacos I’ve had in CT. The queso isn’t burnt like I’ve seen so many times. Super juicey cooked to perfection Here’s a picture to show how good they were

I saw this restaurant on Tik Tok and could not resist. They beyond exceeded by expectations. Best Barria tacos I ever had and empanadas are fully loaded greatness and to die for! I made my husband run in for seconds to get seconds because they are so damn good! Highly recommend! The server was so friendly and gave us any sauces we wanted. The price is affordable. I have paid more for less than! Keep up the great work El Sol Deli from one Latina to another!

Every time I've ordered from here, my god has the food been delicious. The empanada tacos are perfection. The burrito bowls are massive. Everything is so full of flavour and it is always ready fast. This place is an absolute gem, you owe it to yourself to visit

First timers here- I actually was looking for a breakfast spot, but we came across this.. We've experienced great customer service from the woman- Our order didn't take long to get together My husband had the cuban sandwich he didn't like it- He loved the stuffed chicken Empanada, and he said that was the taste of everything he really enjoyed it.. I had an egg bacon and cheese sandwich, and it was okay- It didn't taste fresh, though. I did enjoy the chicken burrito bowl- The chicken was flavorful i loved the whole dish... We also had their fresh juice - the strawberry pineapple and mango pineapple - both delicious- And cookies for dessert good. I will be back, but next, i will try the stuffed Empanada- I told my daughter she should visit since she's always looking for tacos... Thanks for the delicious food

I’m so happy my daughter recommended this place. This is the best taco/empanada spot in Connecticut period!!!!!! They are definitely my favorite restaurant!!!! The food is amazing and fresh and the service is top tier! 10 out of 10 I definitely recommend!!! Money well spent.

We went for lunch, the empanada tacos were amazing, we had chicken and carne 5/5! Worth the drive, can’t wait to return and try more items. The agua Fresca drinks were so good, I had mango/pineapple, so refreshing. We also tried the tres-leche dessert ( Sweets by Janet), also a 5/5, it was fresh and locally made. ( we shared it but definitely getting our own next time). I highly recommend!
